Hello! I’m Zarina – the Founder, the Creative, and the heart and soul behind Xeen Designs Interior Design Studio.

While my siblings were busy acing their studies as kids, I was channeling all my energy into making spaces beautiful—whether it was rearranging the neighborhood homes, styling window displays in local shops, or playing around with visual merchandising in home stores. Let’s just say, design has always been my love language!

​

Growing up across multiple countries and cultures gave me a treasure trove of inspiration. From bold Bollywood glam to understated elegance, I’ve seen it all and embraced it in my journey. I honed my skills working as a Visual Stylist for a globally recognized brand and even had the incredible opportunity to design homes for Bollywood celebrities and business magnates while living in India.

The next chapter of my life brought me to Toronto, ON, Canada, where I refined my craft further. I proudly graduated from George Brown College with a diploma in Interior Design Technology in 2018, and since then, there’s been no looking back!

What keeps me going is the joy I see when clients fall in love with their homes all over again. It’s what fuels my passion and gives me the strength to bring my A-game every single day.

When I’m not juggling my creative hats, I’m just your regular mom to two amazing kids, wife to a fellow entrepreneur (and my business partner), a globetrotter, and a nature lover who finds joy in life’s simplest pleasures.

I believe a home should tell the story of the people who live in it. That’s why I’m dedicated to designing spaces that feel personal, lived-in, and truly loved.
